Driver records From drivers to fuellers, managers and web users, the driver record system stores a list of all personnel involved with fuelling, along with any transactions, stock updates or record amendments to provide a comprehensive audit trail.	Stock file Stock deliveries, dip records, tank gauge information, tank farm information, dispensed fuel and historical trends are kept here. The system monitors stock levels and can warn when fuel stocks need to be replenished.
